1. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Prices are based on the information provided and may change if the scope of work changes.
2. Payment
A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to interest at the statutory rate.
3. Timescales
We will do our best to meet agreed deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues, weather).
4. Materials
We will confirm the materials to be used before work begins. Any substitutions will be discussed and agreed with you.
5. Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 Months from date of completion, covering defects in our work only.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel work, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been purchased or work has already started.
